海外质量经理/主管（匈牙利）

岗位职责：

1.建立和完善公司质量体系，负责公司质量文件的建立、修订和审核；

2.跟进生产质量管控，处理生产异常问题；对新能源汽车压铸壳体、电池包底盘壳体、注塑结构件、质量非常熟悉。

3.熟悉质量统计、质量调查、处理客户质量投诉；有大型车企合作经验，精通品质检验流程，

4.协调公司外部及内部的质量审核，对知名车企质量体系流程精通。

职位要求：

1统招大专及以上学历，机械、车辆、电气、材料类相关专业；

2.英语4-6级证书，可作为工作语言。

3.至少5年的汽车电池包托盘、铝型材加工生产现场/工程技术/质量管理相关经验；

4.熟悉汽车行业质量体系标准，IATF16949体系质量管理原理以及体系、汽车行业相关知识；

5为人正直、工作认真负责、较强的计划性和执行力、逻辑思维强、做事不拖拉，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神;

6.良好的分析和解决质量问题的能力，能独立完成质量问题分析并跟踪解决；完成上级交待的其他任务;

Overseas Quality Manager/Supervisor (Hungary)

Salary :RMB 30,000 - 40,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1.Establish and improve the company's quality system, responsible for the creation, revision, and review of the company's quality documents;

2.Follow up on production quality control and handle production anomalies; have a deep understanding of die-casting housings for new energy vehicles, battery pack chassis housings, injection-molded structural parts, and quality issues related to them.

3.Be familiar with quality statistics, quality investigations, and handling customer quality complaints; have cooperation experience with large automotive companies and be proficient in quality inspection processes;

4.Coordinate external and internal quality audits of the company and be proficient in the quality system processes of well-known automotive companies.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or related fields from a recognized university;

2.Hold an English CET-4 or CET-6 certificate, with English serving as the working language;

3.Have at least 5 years of experience in automotive battery pack trays, aluminum profile processing production sites/engineering technology/quality management;

4.Be familiar with the quality system standards in the automotive industry, the principles of quality management in the IATF16949 system, as well as relevant knowledge of the automotive industry;

5.Be honest, take work seriously and responsibly, have strong planning and execution abilities, logical thinking, not procrastinate, possess good communication and coordination skills, and a strong teamwork spirit;

6.Have good problem-solving abilities in quality issues, be able to independently analyze quality problems and follow up on their resolution; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
