Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the artificial intelligence strategy and planning of the group company, drive the company's transformation and change with artificial intelligence technology, attract, motivate, and cultivate key talents, and further build a gradient high-quality technology research and development team on the existing foundation;
- Track the latest trends in AI technology development, apply the latest technology to various business scenarios of the company, lead the team to engage in the construction of artificial intelligence and deep learning basic platforms and related research and development work, and conduct application research in fields such as deep learning, neural networks, computer vision, ARNR, natural language processing, speech recognition, etc., adopting the latest technology. The most appropriate technology to solve international business problems;
- Determine research objectives and project priorities, design optimal architecture and processes, transform research into product functionalities and other research results, such as papers and patents, disseminate AI knowledge in the company and industry to assist in the development of A technology roadmap, and create a business leader image of the group's pursuit of innovative technology in academia and industry.
Qualifications for the position
- Doctoral degree or above, IEEE fellow preferred, familiarity with the communication ICC industry preferred
- With a forward-looking and innovative perspective in technology, possessing senior professional skills and expertise in the field of artificial intelligence, being an expert in the foundational field, and having knowledge in other fields (including speech, computer vision, natural language, or deep learning), having extensive connections and a good reputation in both academic and industrial circles;
- Have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technology and development trends, and have achieved scientific research or technological achievements recognized by peers and experts. Can lead teams to carry out cutting-edge innovative research and key technology breakthroughs, and produce breakthrough research results;
- Strong communication and coordination skills in complex large organizations, with an open mind and the ability to analyze and solve problems, can drive certain changes in the organization;
- Ability to integrate and adapt to corporate culture, open mindedness, and strong learning ability; Having a certain level of business acumen and a business driven perspective, possessing the ability to transform research findings into products and commercialize them.
