Overseas Accounts Receivable (base: Netherlands) RMB 15-28k·15 salary

Main responsibilities:

1. Process customer orders and invoices to ensure the accuracy and timely issuance of invoices.

2. Record and update the details of accounts receivable, and regularly reconcile with customers. Track and collect overdue accounts, and communicate with customers to solve the problem of arrears.

3. Analyze the age of accounts receivable and provide relevant reports. Participate in the formulation of credit policies and evaluate customer credit risks.

4. Assist the financial department in monthly closing and financial reporting. Answer customers' questions and questions about accounts receivable.
