Operations Coordinator (Singapore)
Salary: SGD 3,000 - 3,800 per month
Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage daily warehouse orders, operate logistics systems, verify data, and manage inventory data.
2.Monitor the execution of supplier operations.
3.Statistically track, analyze, and report on logistics operational data.
4.Supervise supplier performance quality and complete various audits.
5.Communicate and provide feedback with local stores in Singapore, ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
Requirements:
1.Associate degree or above.
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse project execution.
3.Proficient in Excel data manipulation.
4.Organized, meticulous, with strong communication skills, excellent service orientation, and a high sense of responsibility.
5.Fluent in both English and Chinese.
6.Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).

工作内容：
1、负责日常仓储订单管理，物流系统操作，数据核对，库存数据管理；
2、供应商日常运营执行操作监控
3、统计跟踪和分析物流运营数据
4、监督供应商执行质量并完成各项审核
5、新加坡本地门店的日常沟通和反馈，及时快速做好日常客服工作
要求：
1.大专及以上学历
2.3年以上物流仓储项目执行操作经验
3.熟悉Excel数据操作
4.做事条例清晰，严谨仔细，沟通能力突出，良好的服务意识，责任心强
5.熟练英文及中文
6.新加坡籍或持有PR
