Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated part-time on-site interpreter to provide language support for an upcoming international exhibition in Germany. The role involves delivering real-time interpretation and translation services to facilitate seamless communication among clients, exhibitors, and team members in German, English, and potentially Chinese. Responsibilities include interpreting during on-site meetings, supporting booth communications, translating materials, and assisting with ad-hoc language tasks. The work will take place at the exhibition venue in Germany, with a flexible schedule based on the event’s agenda.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in German (native or near-native level);
    • Proficient in English (strong verbal and written skills);
    • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Experience in interpretation or translation, preferably in exhibition or business settings;
    • Excellent cross-cultural communication and quick adaptability in dynamic environments;
    • Familiarity with exhibition-related terminology or industry knowledge is preferred.
