【岗位职责】
工作职责
1、协助海外工厂经理进行生产运营管理，熟练掌握SMT/工程/设备/项目管理/质量管理的至少一个模块。
2. 优化生产管理的相关制度、标准、流程、质量安全体系等，提高生产能力，确保工厂精益生产，确保生产安全、有序、优质、高效运行;
3. 与负责与总部/国内工厂对接的模块合作。
[聘任资格]
1、台湾/东南亚国籍，可接受印度/非洲/南亚国际外派;
2. 本科及以上学历，年龄30-38岁;
3. 5年以上制造相关管理经验，熟悉生产制造的主要操作和流程，熟练掌握生产控制、现场管理、成本控制、质量管理、安全管理等。
4. 具有一定的业务和团队管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力;
5. 可使用中文和英文作为工作语言;

【岗位职责】
Job responsibilities
1、Assist overseas factory managers in production and operation management, proficient in at least one module of SMT/engineering/equipment/project management/quality management.
- Optimize the relevant systems, standards, processes, quality and safety systems of production management, etc., increase production capacity, ensure the lean production of the factory, and ensure the safe, orderly, high-quality and efficient operation of production;
- Collaborate with the module responsible for docking with the headquarters/domestic factory.
Qualifications for appointment
1, Taiwan/South East Asia nationality, can accept India/Africa/South Asia international relocation;
- Bachelor's degree or above, aged 30-38;
- More than 5 years of manufacturing-related management experience, familiar with the main operation and process of production and manufacturing, skilled in production control, on-site management, cost control, quality management, safety management, etc.
- Have certain business and team management skills, and good communication and coordination skills;
- Chinese and English can be used as working languages;
