 泰国国家经理 (泰国)

薪资范围:月薪RMB 25-35k

岗位职责:

1、全权负责泰国货运代理工作,包括客户BD、方案制定、客户报价制定;

2、制定并完成泰国货运整体年度、季度和月度单量指标、关键任务指标。制定并考核事业部所属员工的单量、关键任务指标,使事业部整体指标达成;

3、负责当地物流供应商开拓,做好供应商管理,完成物流服务产品的拼接;

4、负责区域潜在客户的商机挖掘。事业部内部销售管理形成闭环,包括陌拜、客户分析、签约进度分析等;

5、完成内外资源对接、推进项目合作签约、流程拉通、运营质量及单量目标;

6、制定并优化泰国分公司的运营标准流程、针对供应商制定并优化运营规范,并定期对供应商的服务质量分析及考核;

7、负责市场竞对情报搜集,使区域营销获客能力在同行中更具备竞争优势。

8、负责对分公司所有项目进行定期复盘(月度/季度/半年/年度),维护良好的客户关系;

9、执行公司或上级交付的其他工作。

岗位要求:

1、5年及以上国际物流行业销售及管理经验,精通出口海陆空、国际货代业务;

2、有中国至泰国干线物流服务商、国际货代客户资源者优先;

3、自我驱动,愿意接受挑战,有创新精神;

4、具有良好的组织能力、表达能力、应变能力、商务谈判能力;

5、英语/泰语可作为工作语言,熟悉当地的人文风情、市场环境;

National Manager (Thailand)

Salary Range: Monthly RMB 25-35K

Location: Thailand

 Responsibilities:

1.Fully responsible for freight forwarding operations in Thailand, including client business development (BD), solution formulation, and quotation preparation.

2.Set and achieve overall annual, quarterly, and monthly shipment volume targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Thailand. Establish and evaluate KPIs for division employees to ensure the division meets its overall goals.

3.Expand and manage local logistics supplier relationships, ensuring the integration of logistics service offerings.

4.Identify business opportunities with potential clients in the region. Manage the entire sales process within the division, including cold calling, client analysis, and tracking the progress of agreements.

5.Facilitate resource alignment internally and externally, advance project cooperation agreements, streamline processes, and ensure operational quality and shipment volume targets are met.

6.Develop and optimize standard operating procedures for the Thai branch, refine operational norms for suppliers, and regularly analyze and assess supplier service quality.

7.Collect competitive intelligence to enhance the division's marketing and customer acquisition capabilities compared to peers.

8.Conduct regular reviews of all projects within the branch (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) and maintain good client relations.

9.Execute any other duties assigned by the company or superiors.

Requirements:

1.At least 5 years of sales and management experience in the international logistics industry, proficient in sea, land, and air export logistics and international freight forwarding operations.

2.Preference for candidates with resources in Thailand-bound logistics service providers and international freight forwarding clients.

3.Self-driven, willing to take on challenges, and innovative.

4.Excellent organizational, communication, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.

5.English or Thai fluency sufficient for use as a working language, familiar with local culture and market environment.
