1. Contract management: Proficient in the relevant laws and regulations of lease contracts, responsible for the negotiation and signing of new store business contracts and the management of existing store construction/re-installation contracts;
2. Communication on store image design: cooperate with the headquarters design team and the regional department team to design one store at a time;
3. Opening coordination: Assisting relevant departments of the company to jointly complete the pre-opening work such as the supervision of the renovation project of the newly opened store;
4. Project management: Proficient in project management skills required for project promotion, such as Gantt chart, SWOT analysis, agile management theory, etc.;
