Job description:

1. Responsible for organizing a series of project work, including project requirement research, scheme confirmation, program development, implementation training, launch, and acceptance, based on the implementation plan of the MES project in Vietnam;
2. Responsible for monitoring the progress, quality management, and internal and external communication management of MES projects, maintaining good customer relationships, and coordinating work communication with cooperating units;
3. Assist sales in conducting in-depth communication with customers, accurately grasping customer demands and business needs;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Smooth communication in Vietnamese and Chinese;
2. College degree or above, graduated from computer, communication engineering, industrial engineering or related majors;
3. Familiar with the workshop business processes of manufacturing enterprises and possess knowledge of intelligent manufacturing;
4. More than three years of MES experience, with complete implementation experience in MOM projects such as MES, WMS, QMS, etc; Skilled in communication, guiding customer needs, and having practical work experience in factories is preferred.
