Maritime Business General Manager (Singapore/Vietnam)

Salary: Annual salary of 400,000 - 500,000 RMB

Responsibilities:

1.Optimize and adjust the company's shipping routes, conduct feasibility studies for new routes, and implement route opening plans.

2.Propose vessel allocation plans that meet the requirements of new or adjusted routes.

3.Conduct feasibility studies for route cooperation projects.

4.Collaborate with partners and relevant internal departments to handle disputes and controversies during route cooperation.

5.Make pricing decisions and manage cargo space.

6.Develop marketing and business strategies.

7.Coordinate business between domestic and Southeast Asian regions.

8.Stay informed about market conditions of various shipping companies, maintain relationships with shipowners, promote the company's route business, develop business in Southeast Asia, and meet monthly container volume targets to increase the company's container volume and profitability.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, specifically in route-related positions.

2.Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and industry peers.

3.Willing to take on challenges and possess strong team spirit.

4.Familiarity with local shipping companies and customs brokers in Singapore is preferred.
