Summary
We seek a Regional Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by providing pre-sales engineering support, product expertise, and solution design within the Vietnam. You will partner with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements, deliver compelling technical demonstrations, and position Denair's product as the optimal solution. The ideal candidate excels at translating technical features into business value and building trusted client relationships.
Job Description
1. Respond to inquiries from Vietnam market customers, be responsible for the sales of high-end air compressors and gas fluid machinery equipment in the region, achieve sales targets, and increase Denair's market share.
2. Analyze current and potential product demands of customers in the responsible region, provide products and services that meet customer needs, and establish good relationships between Denair and customers.
3. Work closely with internal technical and marketing departments to demonstrate and introduce solutions that best match customer needs.
4. Cooperate with the after-sales service team to provide customers with good after-sales service and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Practice the corporate culture, continuously improve professional skills and business capabilities through the company's existing training system, be brave to break through oneself, and achieve continuous improvement of personal value.
6. Continuously collect market conditions, industry trends, competitors' prices, products and market activities in the region, and conduct regional industrial structure analysis in combination with the marketing department to complete annual sales targets and increase market share and profits in the region.
Qualifications & Skills
1.Age: 22 - 32 (excellent candidates may be considered outside this range), with a college degree or above;
2.Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, good written and good at communication, familiar with cultures and business customsin Vietnam;
3.Majors in Foreign Languages and Literatures, International Trade, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Electronic Engineering/Electromechanical Integration, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering are preferred;
4.Proficient in using Office software;
5.Proactive, enjoy self-challenge, and have strong communication and teamwork skills.
