Logistics Specialist (USA)

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct in-depth research on U.S. anti-dumping regulations, policies, and relevant trade terms to ensure that the company's logistics operations fully comply with these regulations. Adjust logistics planning and operational procedures promptly in response to regulatory changes.

2.Develop specialized logistics plans for U.S. anti-dumping products, including transportation route planning, warehousing arrangements, and distribution model selection, to reduce anti-dumping risks and logistics costs.

3.Collaborate closely with the company's legal and trade compliance departments to participate in the formulation and improvement of the logistics component of the company's anti-dumping response strategies in the U.S. market, providing professional logistics insights and recommendations.

4.Screen, evaluate, and select logistics suppliers that meet anti-dumping compliance requirements, including freight forwarders, shipping companies, and warehousing service providers, and establish and maintain a high-quality supplier network.

5.Sign strict anti-dumping compliance agreements with selected suppliers, clearly defining the responsibilities and obligations of both parties in logistics operations, ensuring that suppliers comply with U.S. anti-dumping regulations during transportation and warehousing.

6.Regularly audit and assess supplier performance, monitor their execution of anti-dumping logistics operations, and promptly address any issues that arise during  service delivery to ensure supply chain stability.

7.Handle the customs clearance and documentation preparation for U.S. anti-dumping goods, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents to avoid cargo delays or increased anti-dumping risks due to document issues.

8.Coordinate cargo transportation arrangements, including booking, loading, and shipping, to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated destinations in the U.S., while meeting the monitoring requirements of anti-dumping regulations for the transportation process.

9.Manage warehousing and distribution operations within the U.S., reasonably arrange cargo storage and distribution, ensure accurate inventory data and traceability of goods, and avoid potential risks arising from violations of anti-dumping regulations in warehousing and distribution.

10.Establish a U.S. anti-dumping logistics risk monitoring mechanism, track the status of cargo transportation, customs inspections, and trade policy changes in real-time, and promptly identify and assess potential anti-dumping logistics risks.

11.Develop corresponding emergency plans for potential risks, and take effective measures quickly to minimize losses and protect the company's interests when issues  such as customs investigations or cargo blockages occur.

12.Regularly report to superiors on the execution and risk status of U.S. anti-dumping logistics business, provide improvement suggestions and measures, and assist the company in continuously optimizing its anti-dumping logistics management system.

13.Collect, organize, and analyze data related to U.S. anti-dumping logistics business, including transportation costs, transit times, customs clearance rates, and warehousing costs, to support logistics decision-making.

14.Regularly compile U.S. anti-dumping logistics performance reports, showcasing the operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics business under the premise of complying with anti-dumping regulations, and report to management and relevant departments.

15.Use data analysis to identify potential optimization points in the logistics process, propose improvement solutions to enhance logistics service quality and reduce costs, while ensuring anti-dumping compliance.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher.

2.Understanding of international trade processes and supply chain processes.

3.Familiarity with U.S. customs anti-dumping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.

4.Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.

5.Diligent, logical, and strong communication skills.

9. 管理美国境内的仓储和配送业务，合理安排货物存储和分发，确保库存数据准确、货物可追溯，避免因仓储和配送环节违反反倾销规定而带来的潜在风险。
10. 建立美国反倾销物流风险监控机制，实时跟踪货物运输状态、海关审查情况以及贸易政策变化，及时识别和评估可能出现的反倾销物流风险。
11. 针对潜在的风险制定相应的应急预案，当出现如海关调查、货物受阻等问题时，迅速采取有效措施降低损失，保障公司利益。
12. 定期向上级汇报美国反倾销物流业务的执行情况和风险状况，提出改进建议和措施，协助公司持续优化反倾销物流管理体系。
