Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
1. responsible for developing and maintaining local customer relationships.
2. Communicate regularly with potential customers to understand their logistics needs and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Develop sales strategies and plans to fulfill sales targets.
4. Follow up customer orders to ensure efficient and accurate logistics services.
5. Assist in handling customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Work with team members to accomplish company sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
1. relevant sales or customer service experience is preferred, logistics industry experience is preferred.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English. 3.
3. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. 4.
4. good teamwork spirit and motivation.
