物流销售经理(base泰国) 15-25K
岗位职责:
- 客户开发与维护:负责发现、接触并营销中大型客户,建立并维护良好的客户关系,作为项目负责人管理从商机到回款的整个销售流程,确保年度、季度和月度销售指标的完成。
- 销售策略制定:深入了解公司各产品模块,结合产品成本和客户需求,制定合理的销售价格,并整合输出解决方案。
- 市场信息反馈:积极收集并反馈市场信息,帮助团队更好地了解市场动态,支持业务发展。
- 销售计划制定:制定个人及团队销售计划,深入挖掘行业头部客户,推动业务模式创新,树立行业标杆,提升公司服务口碑和品牌形象。
- 泰国市场开发:专注开发在泰国市场中有跨境业务需求的客户,完成销售指标,并主导大客户的投标工作。
- 客户关系维护:定期拜访重要客户,进行月度和季度的KPI回顾,确保客户关系的长期稳定与发展。
- 项目管理与优化:为每个项目指定项目经理,并按照周、月、季、半年和年度的时间维度进行复盘和优化,确保项目顺利执行。
- 全链路销售管理:跟进客户从线索到回款的全流程指标,包括客户报备数量、商机转化率、客户成交率、发货率以及回款及时率等。
任职资格:
- 销售经验:3年及以上销售经验,熟悉出口海空运、海外仓配、小包业务。有2C跨境电商或大型甲方企业物流经验者优先考虑。
- 办公软件技能:熟练使用Microsoft Office软件,特别是PPT和Excel。
- 自我驱动:具有自我驱动力,能够承受工作压力和挑战,具备创新精神和强烈的企图心。
- 沟通与谈判能力:具备良好的组织能力、表达能力、应变能力和商务谈判能力。
- 学习与服务意识:学习能力强,具有良好的客户服务意识。
- 语言能力:能够使用英语或泰语作为工作语言。

Logistics Sales Manager (Based in Thailand) 15-25K
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Development & Maintenance: Responsible for identifying, engaging, and marketing to mid-to-large clients, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Act as the project owner, managing the entire sales process from opportunity generation to payment, ensuring the achievement of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product modules, combine product costs with client needs to set competitive pricing, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Actively collect and report market information to help the team better understand market dynamics and support business growth.
- Sales Planning: Develop individual and team sales plans, deeply explore top-tier industry clients, drive business model innovation, and set benchmarks to enhance the company’s service reputation and brand image.
- Thai Market Development: Focus on developing clients in the Thai market with cross-border business needs, achieving sales targets, and leading major client bidding processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Regularly visit key clients, conduct monthly and quarterly KPI reviews, and ensure the long-term stability and development of client relationships.
- Project Management & Optimization: Appoint project managers for each project and conduct reviews and optimizations on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis to ensure smooth project execution.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Track all client-related metrics from lead to payment, including client reporting numbers, opportunity conversion rates, client closing rates, shipment rates, and timely payment rates.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, familiar with sea/air export logistics, overseas warehousing, and small package services. Experience in 2C cross-border e-commerce or logistics for large enterprises is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PPT and Excel.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, able to handle pressure and challenges, with a strong spirit of innovation and ambition.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
- Learning & Service Orientation: Strong learning ability and a good sense of customer service.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in either English or Thai as a working language.
- Location: The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
