Job Description
岗位职责：
三方库管理：
3rd party warehouse management：
定期仓库现场业务监督，确保仓库按照要求操作，并提出优化建议，协助总部完成优化和流程改进相关事宜
1) On site warehouse management frequently, make sure all the working under procedure, and also provide improvement suggestion, to support procedure optimization with headquarter.
根据总部安排和要求进行定期盘点，确保账实相符
2）Follow headquarter's instruction, stock monthly to make sure the inventory accuracy.
客户订单交付，做好收发存计划及相关的单据传递, 并同步总部并进行汇报。
3）Coordinate with commercial service to arrange delivery to final customer, make delivery plan and hand over documents. Report to headquarter.
4）仓储费用结算；
Warehouse cost settlement.
5）仓库资源协助开发；
Support supply chain to develop 3rd party warehouse resouce.
Qualifications & Skills
物流运输及进出口：
Transportation:
从成本和时效角度，根据公司发展不同业务场景优化物流运输、通关以及包装方案，实现低成本和快速交付；
1）Optimize logistics transportation, customs clearance, and packaging, to ensure the lowest cost with the highest efficiency.
海外供应商仓库提货安排；客户订单对应的发货安排，包含非欧盟区域出口相关事宜；
2) Arrange picking up from the supplier's warehouse if needed, arrange shipping from warehouse to final customer to meet customer's requirements. Also make export related business to Non-EU countries from EU.
进口及欧洲区域当地海外相关事物管理；
3)EU import and EU customs affairs management.
物流费用结算
4) Logistics cost settlement.
物流供应商协助开发。
5）Support supply chain to develop transportation supplier resources.
其他来自总部或者上级领导的任务或指导意见，并及时反馈。
All other tasks or instructions from leader or headquarter: Need to fulfill all other tasks from leader or headquater, and feedback timely.
