- 负责开发和维护大客户关系,拓展业务渠道,完成销售目标
- 深入了解客户需求,为客户提供定制化解决方案,提高客户满意度
- 制定大客户开发计划并组织实施,定期跟踪和评估业务进展情况
- 协同团队成员,确保项目顺利交付,满足客户期望
- 收集市场信息,分析市场趋势,为公司战略决策提供依据
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 具有“逆变器/EPC/储能行业”3年及以上大客户开发或销售相关工作经验。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和商务谈判技巧
- 拥有良好的团队合作精神和独立解决问题的能力
- 具备较强的市场洞察力和分析能力
- 能够承受工作压力,适应出差
- 工作语言:英语,会德语(德国本地人或德语C1级别的中国人)更佳

Key Account Development Manager (Germany)
Working location: Munich, Germany (Marcel-Breuer-Str.15, 80807 München, Germany)
Salary: 5000-12000 Euros/month
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for developing and maintaining key account relationships, expanding business channels, and achieving sales targets
2. In-depth understanding of customer needs, providing customers with customized solutions, and improving customer satisfaction
3. Formulate key account development plans and organize implementation, regularly track and evaluate business progress
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery and meet customer expectations
5. Collect market information, analyze market trends, and provide a basis for the company's strategic decisions
[Job requirements]:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3 years or more of key account development or sales related work experience in "inverter/EPC/energy storage industry"
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills and business negotiation skills
4. Good teamwork spirit and independent problem-solving skills
5. Strong market insight and analytical skills
6. Able to withstand work pressure and adapt to business trips
7. Working language: English, German (German native or Chinese with German C1 level) is preferred
