Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify new sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the USA and UK B2B markets, focusing on retail, hobby stores, gift shops, chain stores, distributors, and other B2B channels.

2. Account Management: Build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail stores, distributors, hobby shops, and gift stores. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. New Business Acquisition: Actively source new customers and partners in your territory, leveraging your connections and resources in the retail and hobby industry. You will be provided with tools, marketing and product support, but you will be responsible for customer acquisition.

4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for expansion. Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, market developments, and competitor activity.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams for customized offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the Art & Craft industry. Proven track record in channel sales within retail, hobby stores, distributors, and chain stores.
  2. Strong connections and resources within the retail, hobby, and gift store sectors. Existing relationships with distributors and chain stores are a major advantage.
  3. Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to drive sales and build relationships from the ground up.
  4. Familiarity with Art & Craft products (Paint by Numbers, Diamond Painting, etc.) is a plus.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. Ability to present product offerings and business solutions professionally.
  6. Highly driven and results-oriented. Able to work independently with little supervision in a remote environment.
  7. Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking software. Comfortable using online sales platforms and managing orders via our B2B website.
