Job Description
Job Duties:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company’s core offerings (industrial facility specifications) and leverage our competitive advantages and unique features to drive business growth.
2. Proactively identify and engage potential clients, foster long-term partnerships, and build strong, sustainable customer relationships.
3. Plan and execute business events to strengthen existing corporate relationships, attract new clients, and enhance overall value creation for the industrial park.
4. Collaborate on project planning, feasibility assessments, and contract negotiations to ensure successful project acquisition and implementation.
5. Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the industrial park’s client base and market presence.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
1. Outgoing and dynamic personality with demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
2. Highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven, with a strong ability to set and achieve ambitious goals while managing work-related stress effectively.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and collaborate within a team environment.
4. Adaptable and strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities and crafting solutions to meet client and organizational needs.
5. Westerner who can speak some Chinese are preferred.
