薪资待遇：月薪RMB 20-35k

岗位职责：

• 精通系统架构，参与业务相关技术难题攻关，重构系统，保证高性能处理和系统的稳定性；
• 对业务逻辑能快速清晰的进行梳理，能够分析客户需求，进行方案设计，确定开发规范；
• 带领开发人员完成功能开发的同时，提升开发人员技能
• 为团队进行经验、技术分享，带领团队提升整体技术水平
• 能够积极与前后台团队进行沟通，推进相关工作
• 有金融行业大数据风控项目实施经验者优先考虑

任职条件

• 3年及以上开发实施经验，有1年及以上技术经理或架构师经验者优先考虑；
• 精通基于JAVA的面向对象/服务程序设计方法，精通java反射、多线程、NIO、JDBC等技术的使用和原理；对设计模式有深刻理解；具备分布式架构的理论和实践经验；
• 精通Spring/Springboot/Spring MVC开发框架
• 参与过大数据相关开发，对HBase、Hive和Spark有一定的了解；
• 熟悉Tomcat、Mysql、Oracle，有集群安装配置、调优、故障分析经验，熟悉在Unix／Linux操作系统；
• 熟悉常用中间件，如Redis、ElasticSearch、Kafka、MQ、NoSQL数据库技术，了解分布式数据库、全文检索技术；
• 熟悉JVM，对JVM有实际的问题排查或性能调优经验；
• 适应出差/驻场。

Location: Malaysia / Thailand / Viet Nam / Indonesia

Salary: RMB 20-35k per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in system architecture, participate in business-related technical problems, reconstruct the system, and ensure high-performance processing and system stability;
• Be able to quickly and clearly sort out the business logic, analyze customer needs, design solutions, and determine development specifications;
• Lead developers to complete function development and improve developer skills
• Share experience and technology for the team, and lead the team to improve the overall technical level
• Be able to actively communicate with the front and back office teams and promote related work
• Experience in the implementation of big data risk control projects in the financial industry is preferred

Qualifications：

• At least 3 years of development and implementation experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a technical manager or architect is preferred;
• Proficient in JAVA-based object-oriented/service programming methods, proficient in the use and principles of java reflection, multithreading, NIO, JDBC and other technologies; Strong understanding of design patterns; Theoretical and practical experience in distributed architecture;
• Proficient in Spring/Springboot/Spring MVC development framework
• Participated in big data related development, and have a certain understanding of HBase, Hive and Spark;
• Familiar with Tomcat, Mysql, Oracle, experience in cluster installation configuration, tuning, fault analysis, familiar with Unix/Linux operating system;
• Familiar with common middleware, such as Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MQ, NoSQL database technology, and understand distributed database and full-text retrieval technology;
• Familiar with JVM, have practical experience in troubleshooting or performance tuning of JVM;
• Adapt to business trips/on-site.
