Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist Mandarin Speaker at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing, located in Tangerang. As an Import Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the import documentation process, coordinating with customs and shipping agents, and ensuring compliance with import regulations and procedures. You will also handle import-related administrative tasks, monitor shipment status, and communicate with internal teams to support import operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in import/export operations or related field
• Knowledge of import regulations and customs documentation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the consumer electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus
