- Assist with HR day-to-day operations.
- Update, maintain and check the employee records (eg: Personnel file)
- Support payroll and claims processing activities.
- Participate in organizing company events and activities.
- Help coordinate company training provided by HR.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
- Strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent project and deadline management skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written is required.
