Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

I. Recruitment Delivery (70%)

1. Business Demand Matching and Recruitment Planning
Regularly communicate with business departments, analyze team structure and talent gaps, and formulate quarterly/monthly recruitment priority plans.
Design differentiated recruitment strategies based on job characteristics (such as technical/management positions), clarify core job profiles and talent sourcing directions.

2. Full-process Recruitment Execution
Independently responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of mid-level and grassroots positions, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, background checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding follow-up.
Quickly respond to urgent needs and reach target candidates through social recruitment (LinkedIn, Maimai, etc.) and internal recommendations.

3. Recruitment Effect Optimization
Track recruitment data (face-to-face rate, offer acceptance rate, retention rate), review and adjust search strategies regularly.
Optimize interview processes and evaluation tools to improve the professionalism and decision-making efficiency of interviewers in business departments.

4. Employer Brand Infrastructure
Assist in planning recruitment employer brand basic content (such as recruitment brochures, interviewer guides) to enhance candidates' understanding of the business.

2. HRBP Support and Administration (30%)
1. Basic Employee Relationship Management
Handle employee entry, transfer and departure procedures, and maintain the accuracy of personnel information in the HR system (such as OA, DingTalk).
Answer employees' basic policy consultation (attendance, holidays, benefits, etc.), and assist in handling simple labor disputes.
Organize basic team cultural activities (such as birthday parties, holiday care) to enhance employees' sense of belonging.

2.HR Administrative Affairs
Manage the signing and filing of documents such as labor contracts and confidentiality agreements to ensure compliance.
Support the daily administrative work of the HR department (such as meeting arrangements, data report compilation, and office supplies procurement).

Qualifications & Skills

Job requirements:

1. Basic conditions
Undergraduate degree or above, more than 3 years of HR experience, and must have recruitment + employee relations/HRBP/administration composite experience.
Familiar with the entire recruitment process, able to independently deliver common positions such as R&D, operations, and sales, without managing headhunters/RPO channels.
Understand the basic terms of the labor law and have basic employee relationship handling capabilities.

2. Core competence
Strong recruitment delivery: Good at social recruitment and interview assessment
Business understanding: Able to quickly learn business knowledge (such as technology stack, product logic), accurately identify job requirements.
Multi-tasking: Adapt to the work mode of focusing on recruitment and taking into account BP affairs, and efficiently handle trivial administrative work.

3. Position characteristics:
Suitable for development-oriented candidates who want to deepen recruitment capabilities and expand HRBP comprehensive skills at the same time.
Weaken the pressure of channel development, focus on core recruitment delivery and basic BP support, and have clear work modules.
