Salary: 70,000−150,000 USD annually

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage human resources-related tasks for the overseas company, respond to the business management needs of the responsible business units, build/optimize HR management norms, and refine relevant policies and procedures.

2.Gain a deep understanding of business conditions, identify business pain points, and   design and implement appropriate HR solutions, including but not limited to talent  identification, talent acquisition, talent development, organizational management,  cultural atmosphere building, and compliance management, providing professional HR solutions.

3.Effectively leverage resources from both the headquarters and the regional offices to formulate HR policies suitable for the overseas company and oversee their implementation and optimization.

4.Handle external relations and internal coordination.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or a related field, with fluent English (able to use it as a working language).

2.At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with preference given to those with experience in manufacturing management roles.

3.Familiarity with local laws and regulations in the United States and HR-related policies.

4.Detail-oriented, meticulous, highly responsible, and proactive, with strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

岗位职责:

1、负责海外公司人力资源相关工作,响应所负责业务部门的业务管理需求,建设/优化人力资源管理规范,优化相关制度流程;

2、深入了解业务状况,洞察业务痛点,策划及实施相应的人力资源解决方案,包括但不限于人才识别、人才引进、人才发展、组织管理、文化氛围建设、合规管理等,提供专业的人力资源解决方案。

3、有效协同总部资源和区域资源,制定适配于海外公司的人力资源政策,并统筹其落地与优化。

4、负责处理对外关系和内外协调。

 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先,英语流利(能作为工作语言);

2、5年以上人力相关工作经验,有制造业管理岗经验优先考虑;

3、熟悉美国当地法律法规及人力资源相关政策;

4、工作细致、严谨、对工作有较高的责任心和主动性,具备较强的组织、协调和沟通能力。
