Job Description
1、售後設備的檢測、故障判定、維修；
2、售後設備的維修方案輸出（系統登記）；
3、協助客服解答客戶諮詢的售後問題；
4、售後物料的使用情況把控及監管登記；
5、其他上級交代的任務。

Inspect, diagnose, and repair after-sales equipment.
Document repair solutions for after-sales equipment (system registration).
Assist customer service in resolving technical inquiries related to after-sales issues.
Manage and monitor the usage of after-sales repair materials, including record-keeping.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
1、兩年手機、平板售後維修工作經驗，具備消費性電子產品功能檢測、故障排查能力；
2、良好的溝通表達能力和服務意識，服從管理、吃苦耐勞；
3、熟練使用 OFFICE 辦公軟件（word、EXECL、PPT）；
4、有售後備件庫管理經驗者優先考慮。
Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone/tablet after-sales repairs; proficiency in functional testing and troubleshooting of consumer electronics.
Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, ability to follow instructions, work diligently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Experience in managing after-sales spare parts inventory is preferred.
