HR Manager (Thailand)

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 15,000 to 25,000

Responsibilities:

1.Serve as the regional HR and administrative lead, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and basic administrative tasks at the branch.

2.Collaborate with the China headquarters to handle HR and administrative matters, including but not limited to contract management, compensation management, etc.

3.Assist the regional manager in handling daily operational affairs and coordinating with various departments at the headquarters.

4.Manage daily office procurement and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

1.Familiarity with Thai regional administrative regulations and practical experience in labor relations.

2.Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to execute tasks effectively.

3.Proficient in both Chinese and Thai, with the ability to use them as working languages.

4.At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

5.Associate degree or above, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
