Job Description

Position: HR Manager (Quang An, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam)

Salary Range: 15-20K US dollars/annually

Requirement: Proficient in Chinese as the working language

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and implement the HR management system and company management policies for the Vietnam branch;
  2. Responsible for recruitment and staffing for the Vietnam branch;
  3. Build and implement the talent reserve mechanism, focusing on the company's talent pipeline;
  4. Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation modules;
  5. Handle employee relations effectively;
  6. Implement and refine corporate culture and training systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience;
  2. Vietnamese national, fluent in Chinese, with additional English skills preferred;
  3. Excellent professional ethics, communication skills, logical thinking, and team collaboration abilities;
  4. Familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and human resources policies, capable of independently managing HR tasks for the Vietnam branch.
