Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group’s strategic requirements and business goals.
- Establish and improve the human resource management system, including the comprehensive construction of recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and organizational structure. Develop and refine HR management policies.
- Provide advice on HR and organizational structure to enhance overall management, and control HR costs.
- Address the needs of multi-level talent, offering relevant policies for training and retention to promote a healthy talent cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in English, with over 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Experience in high-tech, large manufacturing, 3C, electronics, or telecommunications companies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent motivation, communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and career dedication.
