Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall management of human resources work in overseas companies, including the formulation and implementation of human resources strategic planning, budgeting, work plans, and action plans.
2.Assist overseas company leaders in building teams and organizations from scratch; independently handle recruitment coordination for the overseas company, establish profiles and job descriptions for various positions, and create job manuals and position specifications.
3.Draft and establish internal management systems and improve the management framework (such as compensation systems, promotion systems, and performance systems) based on the company's business, strategic planning, and actual conditions.
4.Develop company workflows based on the company's business and actual operational conditions.
