Job Description:
- Responsible for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, receiving candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Handling employee onboarding procedures, managing employment contracts, renewals, and administration.
- Establishing and maintaining internal employee records.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Managing administrative and logistical tasks for various departments.
- Calculating and maintaining attendance records.
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks and supporting superior management in HR and administrative matters.
- Managing other miscellaneous company affairs.
Requirements:
- Professional training in modern human resources management, strategic management, public relations, labor laws, financial accounting, and management capability development.
- Over one year of experience in HR administration or recruitment and training.
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, loyalty, and team collaboration.
- Organized, with a strong ability to learn and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Fluency in Chinese and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages preferred.
- Previous experience in large enterprises is preferred, with strong stress management and communication abilities.
- No specific educational background or religious beliefs required.
