岗位职责:
- 作为业务部门的合作伙伴,深入了解业务战略,并促进人力资源战略在业务部门中的有效规划与执行;
- 支持组织发展,通过建立有效的机制为部门提供组织保障,涵盖人才获取、人才培养、人才激励以及人才保留等方面的人力资源管理工作;
- 积极与管理层及员工沟通,建立多样化的信息传递渠道,确保组织内部信息畅通无阻,营造一个充满信任和善意的工作环境,推动公司文化的发展;
- 深度参与业务运作,根据业务问题和需求,设计有针对性的人力资源解决方案;协助完善HR后台系统,参与制定全面的人力资源管理方案。
岗位要求:
- 全日制本科以上学历,5年以上HR从业经验,精通人力资源1-2个领域,有IT或安防行业经验优先,具备以业务视角看人力资源的能力;
- 熟悉人力资源日常管理工作流程;了解并掌握人力资源各项管理工具、技术和资源;
- 具备极强的责任心和原则性,良好的人际沟通及协调能力,良好的学习能力;
- 思路清晰,思维敏捷,较强的问题推动能力,口头和书面表达能力俱佳;
- 泰语可作为工作语言;

Position Title: HR(Thailand)
Salary:RMB10-20K*15 Salary/month
Locasion:Bangkok,Thailand
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand their strategic goals and facilitate the effective planning and implementation of HR strategies within these units.
- Establish mechanisms that provide organizational support, including talent acquisition, development, motivation, and retention, contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Actively engage with management and employees to build effective and diverse communication channels, ensuring smooth information flow within the organization and fostering an atmosphere of trust and goodwill to promote company culture.
- Gain deep insights into the business to develop targeted HR solutions based on business issues and needs; assist in the development of the HR backend system and participate in creating comprehensive HR solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program, with at least 5 years of experience in HR, specializing in 1-2 areas of HR expertise. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in IT or security industries who can view HR from a business perspective.
- Familiarity with daily HR management workflows and proficiency in using various HR tools, techniques, and resources.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, as well as continuous learning capabilities.
- Clear logical thinking and agility, excellent problem-solving skills, along with superb verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Thai as a working language
