HR主管  Base 印尼

RMB月薪10-20K

工作职责

1.负责印尼本地人力资源及行政管理

2.印尼公司人员招聘、绩效薪酬等人事管理;

3.统筹公司OKR及目标管理有效实施;

4.负责公司行政及后勤事务;

5.协助CEO处理经营专项执行落地;

6.横向协调各部门资源及集团资源对接。

任职资格

1.本科及以上学历;

2.三年以上印尼本地人事管理经验;

3.优秀的沟通协调能力;

5.英文及印尼语流利,会中文优先;印尼籍华人或者华人(已有永居)优先。

HR supervisor Base Indonesian

RMB 10-20K per month

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for local human resources and administration management in Indonesia

2. Recruitment, performance pay and other personnel management in Indonesia;

3. Coordinated the effective implementation of OKR and target management;

4. Responsible for the company's administrative and logistics affairs;

5. Assist the CEO to deal with the implementation of special operations;

6. Horizontal coordination of resources of various departments and group resources.

Job qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 3 years of local HR management experience in Indonesia;

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills;

5. Fluent in English and Indonesian, Chinese is preferred; Indonesian Chinese or Chinese (already permanent resident) preferred.
