Location: Based in Eastern USA, specific location to be determined
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Performance Management: Break down the US market revenue targets based on the company's strategic goals. Control operating costs, increase operational profit, and be responsible for overall performance.
- SOP Development: Develop brand store operation SOPs based on strategic goals and business characteristics. Responsible for the formulation, adjustment, promotion, and supervision of various operational mechanisms, ensuring effective internal communication.
- Operational Management System: Establish standardized and efficient operational management systems and processes. Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the operational system in various regions.
- Decision Support and Marketing Proposals: Provide data support and special research reports for major decision-making matters. Regularly propose various marketing activity plans to the company.
- Performance Tracking: Follow up on the completion status of each store according to the company's task indicators. Timely adjust and promote the marketing plans of each store to ensure that each region meets the company's indicators and development plans.
- Efficiency Evaluation: Review various work reports submitted by subordinate departments. Evaluate work efficiency, address existing issues, regularly listen to direct subordinates' reports, and make performance assessments.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work relationships and daily decision-making between the managed departments and other cross-departments.
- Staff Management and Supervision: Guide, manage, and supervise the business work of department subordinates. Improve work quality and service attitude, conduct performance appraisals, and develop talent pipelines.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of store operations, provide on-site guidance, and make evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- Background: Chinese, around 35 years old, proficient in English, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience: Over 8 years of retail store operations experience, with more than 5 years in a similar level of operational management. Experience in e-cigarettes or new retail projects preferred, with secondary consideration given to experience in MINISO or similar formats.
- Skills: Mastery of systematic chain retail management models and rich practical experience. Proficient in the operational management of chain formats.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, data-driven, with excellent management capabilities. Good communication skills and outstanding organizational and analytical abilities. Possesses excellent professional qualities and team collaboration spirit.
- Personal Qualities: High sense of responsibility and goal orientation, diligent, with a strong team cooperation spirit and dedication. Self-motivated and eager to challenge and pursue excellence.
