Salary: AUD 150,000 - 200,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities：
1.Design and optimize transport routes to reduce delays and improve efficiency, especially considering Australia's vast geography.
2.Oversee the management and maintenance of cold storage facilities, ensuring temperature and humidity standards are met.
3.Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize loss and waste.
4.Use data analytics to monitor operational performance and customer demand, and to forecast trends.
5.Develop budgets and control operational costs to enhance cost-effectiveness.
6.Integrate upstream and downstream supply chains to ensure transparency and efficiency.
7.Drive innovation in cold chain technologies, such as IoT and blockchain applications, to enhance monitoring and tracking capabilities.
8.Develop emergency plans to quickly respond to unforeseen events and ensure business continuity.
