Job Description
1.政府对接与审批:协助项目全周期行政手续办理,包括但不限于:外资投资许可(摩洛哥投资局AMDIE注册)、土地许可、建设许可、环评(EIA)及工业许可等;Government Liaison & Approvals: Assist all administrative procedures: FDI registration (AMDIE);Land use permits;Construction permits;EIA & industrial operation licenses.
2.协调律师、咨询公司等第三方完成合规文件(如公司章程公证、税务登记)Manage legal/consulting vendors for notarization, tax registration.
3.本地关系维护:建立与政府机构(投资局、税务、海关、劳工局)的常态化沟通机制,处理社区关系(如项目周边居民沟通、CSR活动策划)。takeholder Management:Maintain relationships with government agencies (tax, customs, labor office).Handle community engagement (CSR programs, neighbor complaints).
4.熟悉当地法律法规,并督促公司及员工在项目建设和运营期执行相关法规;Familiar with local laws and regulations, and supervise employees to implement relevant laws and regulations for both project and plant running period;
5.作为业主人资及行政代表,参与项目的建设管理,及时发现并处理隐患,与相关部门及时沟通,保障项目顺利、合规运行;participate in the project admin management, searching and dealing with relevant risks, communicating with government departments to complete Nador project fluently;
6.管理外籍员工签证、工作许可及本地社保缴纳(CNSS),维护员工档案,确保符合摩洛哥《劳动法》(如劳动合同、考勤、年假制度)Process work permits/VIP visas and local social security (CNSS). Ensure compliance with Moroccan Labor Code (contracts, attendance, payroll).
7.搭建本地化招聘渠道,主导员工入职/离职流程。监督执行公司规章制度和劳动纪律,负责员工奖罚、红头文件、对外公文、考勤及加班管理等事宜;Manage local recruitment and onboarding/ offboarding. Supervise the implementation of relevant administrative rules and regulations and labor discipline of the company, and be responsible for matters such as employee rewards and punishments, official announcement, external official documents, attendance and overtime management.
8.建立行政用品及办公用品管理制度,合理规划行政采购及分配,控制预算;管理并定期审核行政供应商,确保安全、高性价比和适用性;Establish a management system for administrative supplies , reasonably plan administrative procurement and distribution, and control the budget.Manage and regularly review administrative suppliers to ensure safety, high cost - performance and applicability.
9.做好公司来宾的接待安排,组织、协调员工活动、市场类活动,协调跨文化培训(中-摩员工文化融合)配合完成企业
