Job Description
Location:home base in US
Salary:12-15K US dollar/Monthly ( full time employee)
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Formulate and implement the 5-year strategic development plan of the subsidiary and obtain approval from the headquarters;
- Develop and maintain the core team of the subsidiary to implement the strategic development plan;
- Establish operational processes with the support of the group headquarters;
- Develop partners and customers to promote the realization of five-year strategic goals;
- Develop OEM or strategic alliance partnerships;
- Establish and promote the company's brand image;
- The subsidiary’s marketing business is responsible for its own profits and losses;
- Solve problems with the company's products and operating systems, and promote innovation and technological development of products and services;
- Formulate and implement overseas policies and procedures for subsidiaries approved by the group headquarters.
Previous skills & experience:
- 15-20 years of experience in sales and operation of heavy machinery equipment, at least 5 years of sales experience;
- Have served as vice president or higher in the construction equipment field and have a record of success;
- Working experience in AICHI\NAGANO\JLG\GENIE\HAULOTTE\HOKUETSU are preferred;
