General Manager (Thailand)
Salary: THB 100,000 - 150,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Comprehensively responsible for the company's overall administrative and human resources management, including but not limited to daily administrative affairs management, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
1.Develop and improve various regulations and work processes for administrative and human resources management within the company to ensure their effective implementation.
2.Responsible for formulating the company’s annual human resources plan, including personnel establishment and human cost budgeting, and promoting its execution.
3.Responsible for communication between upper and lower levels regarding administrative matters, coordinating between departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
4.Responsible for archiving, organizing, and maintaining confidentiality of company documents to ensure information security and traceability.
5.Responsible for procurement, management, and maintenance of company assets to ensure their reasonable use and value preservation.
6.Responsible for managing and maintaining the office environment to provide employees with a good working environment.
7.Understand and comply with local labor laws and regulations in Thailand to ensure the compliance of the company's human resources management work.
8.Responsible for handling work visas for Chinese staff members of the company.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources
2.Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
3.Work Experience: Over 10 years of experience in comprehensive administrative and human resources management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry or multinational companies. Overseas work experience is preferred.
4.Candidates who have experience building an enterprise's administrative and human resources management framework from scratch will be given priority.
5.Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
6.Professional Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with various modules of human resources management, equipped with systematic knowledge and practical experience in human resources management. Familiar with administrative management procedures and norms, possessing rich administrative management practice experience.
7.Understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and cultural background in Thailand.
8.Competence and Qualities: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and a team spirit, capable of properly handling interpersonal relationships and work pressure. Strong planning and execution capabilities and problem-solving abilities.
9.Other Requirements: Adaptability to overseas work environments. High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, integrity, proactivity, and positivity.

工作职责:
全面负责公司综合管理:行政与人力资源管理工作,包括但不限于公司日常行政事务管理以及招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬福利、员工关系等。
1、制定并完善公司行政与人力资源管理的各项规章制度和工作流程,确保其有效执行。
2、负责制定公司年度人力资源规划,包括人力编制、人力成本预算等,并推动实施。
3、负责公司行政事务的上传下达,做好各部门之间的协调工作,确保公司日常运营顺畅。
4、负责公司文件的归档、整理和保密工作,确保信息的安全和可追溯性。
5、负责公司资产的采购、管理和维护,确保资产的合理利用和保值增值。
6、负责办公环境的管理和维护,为员工提供良好的工作环境。
7、了解并遵守泰国当地的劳动法律法规,确保公司人力资源管理工作的合规性。
8、负责办理公司中方人员的工作签证。
任职资格:
1.教育背景:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业优先。
2.工作经验:具有10年以上行政人事统筹管理工作经验,其中至少3年以上在房地产行业或跨国公司的相关工作经验。有驻外工作经验者优先考虑。有从0-1搭建企业行政人事管理架构经验者优先考虑。
3.语言能力: 中文+英语。
4.专业知识与技能: 熟悉人力资源管理的各个模块,具备系统的人力资源管理知识和实践经验。熟悉行政管理的各项流程和规范,具备丰富的行政管理实践经验。了解泰国当地的劳动法律法规和文化背景。
5.能力素质: 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能够妥善处理人际关系和工作压力。具备较强的计划执行能力和解决问题的能力。
6.其他要求: 可适应海外工作环境。具备高度的责任心和职业道德,诚信正直,积极主动。
