Monthly salary of 150000-200000 Thai baht, with adjustable subsidies of 15000 Thai baht
Job Responsibilities
- Organize preliminary research, feasibility study, project approval, business negotiation and other work for local company projects; Preparation, establishment, tracking and inspection of projects and their subsequent performance evaluation work, as well as project safety management;
- Based on the development strategy and business plan of the group company, formulate the business strategy and medium - to long-term development plan of the local company, comprehensively oversee the safety production and daily operation management of the local company, supervise and manage the implementation of the business plan, analyze and summarize it, and continuously improve the business results;
- Participate in research and analysis of policies, industries, markets, and competitors, grasp market development trends and competitive information, and timely propose business development plans, factory upgrades, and technological transformation solutions;
- Establish, implement, operate and continuously improve a three in one system/on-site management/safety production management system, system and process construction, and (internal and external management) audit work; Establish and improve mechanisms for risk control and compliance management in operational management to ensure legal and compliant operations;
- Coordinate the relationship between the company and various levels of government, surrounding enterprises, suppliers, and customers to create a good external business environment for the company;
- Cultivate a core management team and strengthen the construction of the employee team;
- Promote the construction of corporate culture, supervise the effective implementation of positive energy activities, cultivate employees' sense of belonging, and enhance the company's centripetal force and cohesion.
- Other specialized tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemical engineering, intermediate professional title or above in chemical engineering, with 15 years of experience in chemical or gas production and management;
- Familiar with knowledge of chemical safety production, industry standards and regulations, contract law, basic finance, etc., possessing professional management theories such as strategic management, budget management, project management, etc.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills, team building abilities, communication and coordination skills, as well as strong execution, analytical and decision-making abilities, and innovation abilities.
