Furniture Quality Manager (Thailand)

 

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 20,000 to 25,000

 

Work Location: Thailand

Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and analyze post-sales feedback, including customer complaints and returns.

2.Analyze issues at various stages of the product lifecycle and propose improvement measures.

3.Efficiently handle abnormalities in production or shipment inspections.

4.Optimize product quality testing standards and inspection criteria, and ensure alignment both internally and externally.

5.Assist in refining product design and packaging standards, and drive their implementation by product development and suppliers.

6.Regularly conduct quality reviews of projects and promote continuous improvement both internally and externally.

 

Qualifications:

1.Associate degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in furniture quality management. Experience working in Thailand is preferred.

2.Familiarity with furniture structure, materials, manufacturing processes, and key quality control points.

3.Knowledge of certification requirements and quality standards for furniture exports to Europe and the United States.

4.Familiarity with common quality issues in furniture and their solutions, as well as the use of quality tools such as PDCA, 8D, QCC, etc.

5.Proactive, strong communication skills, and a strong ability to learn.

岗位职责:

  1. 负责监控和分析产品售后的反馈,包含客人差评、退货等;
  2. 负责分析产品各阶段的问题及提出改进措施;
  3. 负责对生产或出货检验的异常进行高效处理;
  4. 负责优化产品的品质测试标准、检验标准等,并在内外部拉通;
  5. 协助完善产品的设计标准、包装标准,并推动产品开发和供应商执行;
  6. 定期对项目展开品质复盘,推动内外部持续改进;

 

岗位要求:

  1. 大专以上学历,5年以上家具行业品质管理经验,有泰国地区工作经验优先;
  2. 熟悉家具的结构、材料、工艺、以及品质关键控制点;
  3. 熟悉家具出口欧美的认证要求、品质标准;
  4. 熟悉家具常见的品质问题及解决方法和常用品质工具,例如PDCA, 8D, QCC等;
  5.  积极主动、沟通能力强、学习能力强。
