Full Case Designer (Dubai)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the whole process from schematic design to project implementation, including the overall design and control of hard decoration, soft decoration and post-accessories.
2. According to customer needs and space functions, complete the schematic design, detailed design and rendering production.
3. Participate in the project's measurement, design proposal, plan report, material selection, construction follow-up and other links.
4. Maintain communication with the customer, project manager and construction team to ensure the implementation of the design plan.
5. Assist in project management and construction technical support according to the progress of the project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in interior design, environmental art design and other related majors.
2. More than 3 years of experience in the design of high-end residential, villa or commercial space.
3. Proficient in using design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.), and have the ability to draw by hand.
4. Familiar with construction technology, materials and processes, with strong implementation ability.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills and aesthetic awareness, able to independently complete the whole process from conceptual design to project delivery.
6. Passionate about design, innovative and teamwork.
Salary and welfare:
Basic salary 30w➕ commission (wrapped)

全案设计师（迪拜）

岗位职责：

1. 负责从方案设计到项目落地的全流程，包括硬装、软装和后期配饰的整体设计及把控。

2. 根据客户需求及空间功能，完成方案设计、深化设计及效果图制作。

3. 参与项目的量房、设计提案、方案汇报、材料选型、施工跟进等环节。

4. 与客户、项目经理及施工团队保持沟通，确保设计方案的落地实施。

5. 根据项目进展，协助完成项目管理和施工技术支持。

任职要求：

1. 室内设计、环境艺术设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. 3年以上高端住宅、别墅或商业空间的全案设计经验。

3. 熟练使用设计软件（如AutoCAD、SketchUp、3ds Max、Photoshop等），并具备手绘能力。

4. 熟悉施工工艺、材料及流程，具备较强的落地执行能力。

5. 有较强的沟通协调能力及审美意识，能够独立完成从概念设计到项目交付的全过程。

6. 热爱设计，具备创新精神和团队合作意识。

薪资福利：

底薪30w➕提成（包住）
