Foreign Sales (Expatriate) (Spain) - Remote Work
Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 20,000 to 40,000 + expatriate allowance

Responsibilities:
1.Develop detailed sales plans and achieve sales targets.
2.Collect market information, analyze product demand and competitor conditions in the assigned region or country, and formulate sales strategies.
3.Expand the sales network based on the market characteristics of the assigned region or country, establish long-term and stable cooperation relationships with agents, and implement incentive measures for agents.
4.Identify project opportunities based on the target market conditions of the assigned region or country, and develop project implementation plans.
5.Collaborate with relevant departments to organize roadshows, product promotion events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings as needed.
6.Follow up on accounts receivable according to sales contracts, improve collection rates, and reduce bad debt rates.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of overseas sales experience and 3 years or more of team management experience.
2.Ability to independently develop regional markets and maintain channel and customer relationships, customize solutions for clients, and possess strong resource integration capabilities.
3.Fluent in Spanish as a working language, with strong communication skills.
4.Willing and able to travel frequently abroad, with prior work experience in Latin America being preferred.

岗位职责:
1、根据销售目标,制定详尽的销售计划并完成销售任务;
2、收集市场信息,分析所负责区域或国家的产品需求及竞争对手状况,制定销售策略;
3、根据所负责区域或国家的市场特点,扩大销售网络,与代理建立长期稳定的合作关系,并对代理实施激励措施;
4、根据所负责区域或国家的目标市场状况,发掘项目机会,制定项目实施计划;
5、根据业务需要,与相关部门合作举办路演、产品推广会和展销会、经销商会议等活动;
6、根据销售合同催收账款,提高回款率,降低呆账率。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,5年以上海外销售工作经验,3年及以上团队管理经验;
2、能够独立开发区域市场及维护渠道、客户关系,为客户进行方案定制,具备一定的资源整合能力;
3、西班牙语可以作为工作语言,沟通能力强;
4、能够适应长期境外出差,有拉美地区工作经历者优先。
