Annual salary : 100,000-140,000 US dollars

[Job Responsibilities]

Obtain market information, understand needs, and make plans:

1. Dynamically grasp the market information and competitive situation of the responsible area, and provide market trends and position suggestions;

2. Research customer needs and form a complete industrial map;

3. Form sales plans and plans according to the sales target;

[Sales tasks]

1. According to the goal, complete the sales targets of each category in the responsible area, and review and form a report in time;

2. According to the goal, continuously optimize the average selling price in the responsible area to improve the company's efficiency;

3. Dynamically complete sales-related data statistics and analysis;

Assist in the execution of orders

1. Cooperate with the sales office post/logistics post, responsible for PO production and confirmation, customer overdue reminder and other work;

2. Cooperate with the sales office post/logistics post to assist in the price approval/system order/delivery pick-up and other work;

3. Deal with customer complaints;

[Conditions for employment]

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. More than 5 years of experience in amino acid sales;

3. Proficient in office software such as office.

4. Conscientious and down-to-earth, logical and strong communication skills;

5. Be familiar with the terminal needs of the United States, be familiar with the amino acid market, and have certain product knowledge and technical background.

【岗位职责】
获取市场信息、了解需求、制定计划:
1、动态掌握负责区域的市场信息,竞品情况,提供市场走势和持仓建议;
2、调研客户需求,形成完整的工业地图;
3、根据销售目标,形成销售方案和计划;

[销售任务]
1、根据目标,完成负责区域的各品类的销量目标,并及时复盘形成报告;
2、根据目标,不断优化负责区域内平均售价,提高公司效益;
3、动态完成销售相关的数据统计和分析;

[协助订单执行]
1、与销售内勤岗/物流岗配合,负责PO制作与确认、客户逾期催款等工作;
2、与销售内勤岗/物流岗配合,协助价格请批/系统下单/发货提货等工作;
3、处理客户投诉;

【任职条件】
