岗位职责:

1、战略规划与决策支持:

协助海外业务团队制定和优化战略规划,提供财务视角的专业建议和分析。

参与重要业务决策,通过财务模型和分析评估项目的可行性和潜在风险。

跟踪和分析海外市场动态、竞争对手财务状况,为公司战略调整提供依据。

2、财务分析与报告:

深入分析海外业务的财务数据,包括收入、成本、利润等关键指标。

提供定期的财务报告,准确反映业务绩效和财务状况。

针对异常财务数据进行专项分析,提出解决方案和改进建议。

3、成本管理与控制:

协助海外业务团队优化成本结构,降低运营成本,融资。

监控成本支出,制定成本控制策略和目标。

评估成本效益,为资源分配提供决策支持。

4、风险管理:

识别和评估海外业务中的财务风险,制定风险应对策略。

建立和完善风险预警机制,及时防范潜在的财务风险。

参与合同谈判和审核,保障公司的财务利益。

5、税务筹划与合规:

熟悉海外各国的税收政策,进行合理的税务筹划。

确保海外业务的税务合规,按时准确申报纳税。

处理税务审计和相关税务事宜。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历,财务、会计、金融等相关专业。

2、具有10年以上财务工作经验,其中至少5年海外业务财务 BP 或相关领域工作经验。3、具备扎实的财务专业知识,熟悉财务分析、预算管理、成本控制等领域。

4、熟练掌握国际财务报告准则(IFRS)和相关国家的会计准则。

5、精通财务软件和办公软件,如 Excel、SAP 等。

6、具备流利的英语听说读写能力,能够与海外团队进行有效的沟通。

7、具备较强的自驱力。

Monthly salary: 30,000-40,000 RMB

Job responsibilities:

1. Strategic planning and decision support:

Assist the overseas business team to formulate and optimize strategic planning, and provide professional advice and analysis from a financial perspective.

Participate in important business decisions and evaluate the feasibility and potential risks of projects through financial models and analysis.

Track and analyze overseas market trends and the financial status of competitors to provide a basis for the company's strategic adjustments.

2. Financial analysis and reporting:

In-depth analysis of financial data of overseas business, including key indicators such as revenue, cost, and profit.

Provide regular financial reports to accurately reflect business performance and financial status.

Conduct special analysis on abnormal financial data, and propose solutions and improvement suggestions.

3. Cost management and control:

Assist overseas business teams to optimize cost structure, reduce operating costs, and finance.

Monitor cost expenditures, formulate cost control strategies and goals.

Evaluate cost-effectiveness and provide decision support for resource allocation.

4. Risk management:

Identify and evaluate financial risks in overseas business and formulate risk response strategies.

Establish and improve risk warning mechanisms to prevent potential financial risks in a timely manner.

Participate in contract negotiations and audits to protect the company's financial interests.

5. Tax planning and compliance:

Be familiar with the tax policies of various countries overseas and conduct reasonable tax planning.

Ensure tax compliance of overseas business and declare and pay taxes on time and accurately.

Handle tax audits and related tax matters.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, finance, etc.

2. Have more than 10 years of financial work experience, including at least 5 years of overseas business financial BP or related field work experience. 3. Have solid financial expertise and be familiar with financial analysis, budget management, cost control and other fields.

4. Be proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and accounting standards of relevant countries.

5. Be proficient in financial software and office software, such as Excel, SAP, etc.

6. Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and be able to communicate effectively with overseas teams.

7. Have strong self-motivation.
