As the continuous demands from global businesses, we are looking for passionate and creative Financial Professional t to join our Finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based in Singapore, you will be part of the platform Finance team and provide financial analysis support to Haier overseas businesses.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial analysis, including year-on-year and month-on-month analysis and provide the findings influenced the performance.
• Collect the payment plan of each department and prepare the cash flow forecast of operating activities for the next three months and facilitate the accuracy of the rolling forecast.
• Conduct adjustment of expense budget that across departments in budget system upon management’s approval.
• Responsible for prompting financial informatization and connecting with IT department to complete the online financial report development. Meanwhile, to conduct data verification on timely basis, and analyze the variances and resolve them.
• Assist in improvement of management P&L, to provide management reports in different categories and verify the data to ensure the total figures tally with P&L and the allocation of figures reasonable.
• Follow up share service center colleagues to complete the clearing of AR/AP items and make plan to those outstanding items and oversee them to be cleared.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget as required.
• Any other ad hoc work as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Financial Analysis Professionals with:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting with 5-6 years of related work experience, ACCA is an advantage.
• Proficient in EXCEL/Power Point.
• Knowledge of SAP is an necessary capability.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Fluent writing & speaking in both English & Chinese to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
