Finance Manager (Thailand)

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 25,000 to 30,000

Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the comprehensive financial accounting for the factory, including preparing individual company financial statements (local standards, with a concurrent conversion to international standards), cost accounting for inventory, variance analysis, ensuring accurate cost accounting, and producing monthly cost analysis reports with improvement recommendations.

2.Prepare financial reports as required by the group's finance department.

3.Review various company expenses and effectively control accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all expenditures comply with policies and regulations.

4.Manage the accounting and control of inventory movements (in, out, and stock).

5.Safeguard financial ledgers, accounting statements, and other financial documents, and ensure they are timely organized and bound.

6.Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

1.Experience in independently managing full-set accounts, with preference given to candidates with factory financial management experience.

2.Bachelor's degree or above in finance or a related field, with knowledge of financial software structures. A mid-level professional title and CPA certification are preferred.

3.Proficient in English for communication and reading, with prior experience in a Thai factory being an advantage.

4.Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to handle significant work pressure.

5.Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, and a strong sense of confidentiality.

工作职责：

1、负责工厂的全面财务核算：出具单体公司财务报表（本地化准则，同步转化一份国际准则）、存货的成本核算、差异分析，确保成本核算准确，每月出具成本分析报告，并提出改进措施；

2、按照集团财务要求的出具报表项目；

3、审核公司各种费用支出.及应收.应付账款的有效控制，确保各项支出符合政策、合规；

4、负责存货进销存的核算及管理；

5、妥善保管财务账簿，会计报表和会计资料，并及时归整装订；

6、上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

任职资格：

1、独立负责全盘账管理，有过工厂财务管理优先考虑；

2、本科及以上财务相关专业，懂财务软件结构，有中级职称&CPA优先；
