The Finance Manager (Indonesia) position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, plays a critical role in overseeing comprehensive financial management functions for Weilong’s operations within the country. This includes leading the finance department in managing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements, handling financial reporting, audits, cost control, tax matters, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and supporting local external tax consultants. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for reviewing and approving processes according to the Group Approval Matrix and leading, managing, training, and coaching the finance department staff.

Finance Manager (Indonesia)
Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 15,000 to 20,000

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the comprehensive financial management function, leading the finance department in managing all financial and accounting activities of companies in Indonesia, including accounting, cost control, financial analysis, and tax matters.
2.Oversee all accounting, general ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with Group standards and regulatory requirements.
3.Manage the monthly closing process, prepare financial reports and analyses on a timely basis, and maintain reliable information.
4.Responsible for annual financial, regulatory, and tax audits. Collaborate with the Group 5.Reporting Team to complete annual and interim group audits.
6.Prepare cost and expense reports, budgets, and forecasts; conduct timely cost and expense reviews, analyze variances, and identify potential cost and expense savings opportunities.
7.Support the Group Treasury Team in effectively managing cash flows.
8.Work with local external tax consultants to handle monthly tax compliance and Annual CIT Return.
9.Perform review and approval processes according to the Group Approval Matrix.
10.Lead, manage, train, and coach the staff within the finance department.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a solid foundation in financial knowledge.
2.5 to 10 years of financial management experience in a manufacturing company; Big 4 experience is preferred, with certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
3.Extensive financial management experience, familiar with domestic and international financial regulations and relevant policies.
4.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data/reports, able to accurately identify financial risks and propose corresponding solutions.
5.Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
6.Experience in team management, capable of stimulating the potential of team members and achieving team goals.

资格要求:
