Job Description:
GM/MP Control & Customer Policy:
- Monthly GM Validation
- Customer Policy & Contract review
- GTO simulation review, monthly accrue calculation by dealer.
- COGS monitoring.
- PO validation.
- Budget vs. Actual Gap variance analysis.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in prepare monthly financial reports, ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in prepare EMC reporting.
- Prepare weekly GP monitoring and analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the annual budget process and monthly forecast updates.
- Collaborates with other departmental functions to gather necessary data and insights for accurate budgeting and forecasting.
Variance Analysis:
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide detailed explanations and recommendations for any discrepancies identified.
- Work closely with other departmental functions to understand the causes of variances and assist in developing
Other related duties as assigned:
- Willingness to support senior team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in accounting / finance and professional qualified.
- Professional Certifications: Pursuit of relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or CFA is a plus.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate in other mandarin dialects will be an added advantage
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
