2, training customer product technical knowledge, to help customers quickly familiarize with the product program;.
3、Write product technical information to help customers quickly familiarize with the product configuration.
4、Rapidly solve customers' daily product technical problems to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service.
Qualifications & Skills
1、Bachelor degree or above, computer, electronics, communications and other science and technology related majors preferred; English and Chinese;
2、Working experience in testing and technical support is preferred;
3, have good communication expression, analysis and summarization ability and teamwork spirit.
