Job Description
【Position Responsibilities】:
【Direction of large customers
1、Responsible for the relationship maintenance and secondary development of the original major customers (overseas carriers\Microsoft\ZOOM).
At the same time multi-channel development of new customers (mainly global carriers and ISTP), to establish and form solid and good customer relationships.
Good customer relationship;
2、Multi-channel collection and analysis of large customer project opportunities and establish information files, organization and coordination of resources
Organize and coordinate resources to facilitate the application of the company's products in customer projects and complete the sales target.
Channel direction
1、Responsible for the maintenance and integration of existing channel resources and secondary expansion, while multi-channel development of new markets
and new customers (mainly secondary channels), establish cooperative relationships and maintain customer relations;
2、Perfect the channel sinking system: planning the overall channel strategy and mode of operation, provide channel service support, effectively dismantle the sales target, and effectively improve the sales of the channel.

Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
1, full-time undergraduate degree or above, fluent in English/French/Spanish/Italian, preferably with study abroad background;
2, more than 2 years of sales experience in overseas market, able to deeply insight into customer pain points and needs, present effective solutions to match customer's strategy, and promote the sales plan.

3、Adapt to short-term overseas travel (base Xiamen, the annual cumulative travel about 4 months);
4, good communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, the ability to take the initiative to develop and good offense.
