E-commerce operation (base: Vietnam) RMB 6-10k

Job description:

Responsible for the overall operation of the company's e-commerce platform, including product shelves, promotion, sales and customer service.

Formulate and implement e-commerce operation strategies to improve store traffic, conversion rate and sales.

Analyze market data and competitors, and optimize the operation plan.

Coordinate cooperation with other departments to ensure the smooth development of e-commerce business.

Handle customer complaints and after-sales problems, and maintain a good brand image.

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, e-commerce, marketing and other related majors are preferred.

At least 1 year of e-commerce operation experience, familiar with the Vietnamese e-commerce market.

Have good data analysis ability and marketing planning ability.

Have strong communication and coordination ability and teamwork spirit.

Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese, able to read, write and communicate fluently. ( In addition to the above two language skills, English proficiency is preferred).
