Job Description

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence

· Identify green hydrogen project opportunities through industry events (e.g., Hannover Messe), government tenders, and renewable energy platforms.

· Submit ≥5 validated leads monthly.

Client Relationship Management

· Conduct client visits and maintain client records.

· Coordinate technical support for customized solutions.

Multinational Coordination

· Collaborate with the China team on project leads and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills

Language Proficiency

  • Native-level fluency in local language (German/Spanish/…) and professional business English for technical documentation and client communication.
  • Familiarity with hydrogen industry terminology.

Local Market Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Europe’s energy/industrial equipment sector, with knowledge of green hydrogen policies and project approval processes in target countries.
  • Existing network with energy companies, EPC contractors, or industrial parks in Germany/Spain/Italy.

Cross-Cultural Competence

  • Experienced in collaborating with Chinese company, understanding decision-making and communication styles of Chinese team.

Technical Background

  • Degree in engineering, chemistry, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with electrolyzer technologies (a plus).
